The staff was amicable and the bed was comfortable. Room was good value. Besides, we parked the car on site. Went for dinner at Sushi Yama, located within 5 minutes walking distance.

Very good hotel, very nice room, super breakfeast, the staff at the front desk was very helpfull and nice.

The personel was nice, they moved the extra bed we had originally booked from our room at 2 am, because we didn't need it after all. The breakfast buffet was good, all though you had to line up and wait for the food and sometimes some dishes were missing for a while.

The breakfast room was very crowded, you were lucky to get a table and you had to line up for food. Also some of the food was missing for some time, like pancakes, before they brought new ones. This was quite annoying. Also there was no bath in the room, just a shower. I would have expected a bath tub from a 4 star hotel.

Excellent hotel. Very kind and helpful staff. Optimal position in the town both for business and holidays. Rooms are confortable and silent. I strongly recommend this hotel.

I liked that the room was big and comfortable. The general manager made a good impression.

I didn't like that, at breakfast, already at 8 in the morning, the eggs were cold. The coffee was a bit too strong (and I like strong coffee). Just outside the entrance there were chairs and sofas, people sitting and drinking beer and smoking, that doesn't lift the image of the hotel. One more thing, I asked the girl who was sitting at the computer behind the desk at the reception if she had a timetable for the train to Stockholm. She said no, I had to go to the trainstation to find that out. Instead, she should have used her computer to find out, but that didn´t occur to her. I think the staff was too young and a bit too unexperianced.

Unbeatable location to local popular restaurants, excellent staff, everything was good. Asked for standard twin room and it was comfortable quiet and well-maintained with three single beds. Location: the hotel was short walk to which is convenient

the breakfast was fantastic, and the staff were all so lovely and helpful.

The location was marvellous, relatively near Uppsala Cathedral. I ate at a good restaurant for dinner for long time at the restaurant.

Breakfast, it was cold, could be far better.

Room cleanliness was compromised with stained tiles in the shower.

The location to the train station was a bonus. The room we received was a perfect size for us and it had ample space. The bathroom was well laid out with plenty of room. The staff was very informative and helpful. The breakfast wasn't any better than the other hotels we stayed in during our trip but it was adequate.

If we were to say anything negative about the room it would be paying a little more attention to the sweeping of the wood floors under the desk area and under the beds. Our luggage had a little bit of dust build up on the outside of it from sitting on the floor. But, having the wood floors was preferred over carpet.

We recently just stayed at the Park inn and I have to say a huge massive Thank you to all the amazing staff there! They were so very helpful, friendly and welcoming. My mom stayed at the Radisson right next door and in comparison, the Park inn won hands down for service :) Great staff, thank you for a lovely weekend away!! An ideal choice for a weekend excursion in Uppsala with fantastic value for money. The staff were friendly, even giving treats to our dog. Be prepared for pricey drinks in the hotel.

Breakfast! As they closed it at 10 in the morning ( as many hotels do) on a Sunday, the result was that it was totally cramped between 9 and 10, you had a hard time finding a seat and everything on the breakfast buffe had run out. Scrambled eggs were out, the bread was out and so on and it took a while before it was re-filled and then ran out again due to the many people trying to get a breakfast before it closed. There was no orange juice!!!! ( just apple and sour grapefruit). There was no bacon to the scrambled eggs just sausage to my boyfriends disappointment.
